What is 5Z?

The 5Z Culture is a model for a healthy organisation based on the Vision Zero culture. It is an initiative of the ORP International Foundation in the quest to promote the well-being of individuals and sustainable work environments.

The 5Z Culture integrates the seven Golden Rules of the ISSA’s Vision Zero concept. In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030, it takes a more comprehensive approach to business by incorporating additional dimensions such as leadership, human resource development, equality and the sustainable use of natural resources.
